Documentation Needed to Get a Loan

• W-2’s and federal tax returns for last 2 years

• •Paycheck stubs covering the past 30 days, showing your current and year-to-date income

• •Two (2) recent statement from checking or other accounts where down payment funds and closing costs are coming from.  Large deposits must be explained if they show up in these statements
